  1. Catalog information:
The left half of the parts list provides part specific information returned from the catalog including part status, part decription, part number, and years.
    1. Part Status:

The Status column, forming the left most column of the partlist, displays an icon representing whether the part is an original, alternate or replacement part.

      = original part
      = alternate part
= replaced part displays (See replacement(s) below displays in price column)
      = replacement part
= Indicates part specifications and other part details

      Note:

      • When a part group or part type is selected that does not apply to the vehicle or that is not available in the catalog the following message will appear under that part group heading There are no parts in the catalog for this part type
      • When all parts for a part group have been displayed even if there are no parts the following message will appear under that part group heading All part types for this job are already displayed
    2. Part Description:

This column provides the part description. The part description is also a hyperlink to the Part Detail window for that part. Part details may include additional information not displayed in the parts list but usually do not.

    5. Inquire:

      =Inquiry has not been submitted.
      =Inquiry is in progress.
      =Inquiry completed. Click to resubmit
      =Inquiry error.Click to resubmit

      Note:

The Cancel Inquiry window will appear during an inquiry if the computer search for your part(s) exceeds a preset time. This usually occurs when you are searching for a large number of parts. You may either cancel the search or allow the search to continue. The cancel button stops the search but displays the parts list without checking price and availability. If you cancel the check, you may then select individual parts from the parts list for a price and availability check.

    6. Expand:

Depending on how you narrow you search all part types belonging to a catalog group may not display. In this case a button labeled Expand is displayed in the heading bar for that catalog group which when clicked allows viewing of all part types in the catalog group to which your part type belongs.

  2. Seller information:
The right half of the parts list provides part pricing and availability information returned from the store network for each part including store name, part availability, etc. You must perform an inquiry for this information to display.
    1. Warr:

The Warranty column only displays if the store provides warranty information for the part. View list of all warranty codes.

    2. Part Pricing:

List, Cost and Extend are the three columns devoted to part pricing. The Extend column is dependent on the value entered in the Quantity column (Qty). If information for a particular part is not found in the store network no pricing information is returned and Part not found is displayed.

When a part has a core the core pricing information is displayed under the part pricing information. Question marks are displayed in place of actual prices when there is a core but no pricing is found.

    3. Order:

The Order column provides you with a checkbox in each part row allowing you to select the part you would like to order. Once you have completed your selection click the Add to Quote to add the selected parts to your quote.

    4. Urgent:

The Urgent column provides you with a checkbox in each part row to designate that the time in which a part is received is critical. The store will follow the directions you have previously given them.

    5. Store, Network and DC(Distribution Center):

These columns list the store that has a listed part.

= Indicates part is available at the designated location
= Indicates part is available at the designated location but not in the quatity requested. Available quantity is displayed.
= Limited availability or Call for price alert. In the case of limited availability the available quantity is displayed.
Out of stock = The part is out of stock in the network.

      Note:

      • When a part is not found (not or nolonger carried) in the store network all store columns in that row will be blank.
      • Occasionally a store may go off line temporarily. When this occurs a message to that effect will display for that store.
